1. Who we are
Kelvin™ is a trading style of 2020 Creations Limited, registered in England & Wales (No. 12775334) with registered office at 13A High Street, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 5AB. Contact: hello@shopkelvin.com.
2. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors).
3. Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
UK orders ship free with estimated delivery of 3–5 working days. EU orders ship via tracked services; delivery times and any import duties or taxes payable on arrival vary by country following the UK's departure from the EU. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Items must be returned in resaleable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
8. Product descriptions
We take care to describe products accurately, but minor variations in colour, finish or specification may occur. Kelvin™ is intended for general cooling comfort and recovery support; it is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Intellectual property
All content on shopkelvin.com — text, imagery, logos, and the Kelvin™ and PCMx™ marks — is owned by or licensed to 2020 Creations Limited. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
12. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please email us first at hello@shopkelvin.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. UK consumers can also use the Government's consumer protection advice service.
