Shipping Policy

Free UK shipping

All orders within the United Kingdom ship free, on every order, no minimum spend.

Delivery times

• UK standard: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• EU: 5–10 working days from dispatch, tracked.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm GMT are processed the next working day.

EU shipping & duties

We ship to most EU countries. Following the UK's departure from the EU, EU customers may be responsible for local import VAT, duties or handling fees on receipt of the parcel. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are payable to the carrier or local authority.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email hello@shopkelvin.com.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@shopkelvin.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either re-send your order or issue a full refund.

Returns shipping

We offer 30-day returns. To return an item, email hello@shopkelvin.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we cover return shipping in full.
